1.交通便利，最近的公交站3分钟，地铁站9分钟左右，可以通往各主要景点，非常方便。公交时间稍微长一点，比如到达白金汉宫大概55分钟左右，但是大多是直达。晚上也很安静。2.周围有超市水果店，生活很便利。3.厨房用品一应俱全，使用很方便。4.洗澡洗衣服烘干都很好用。5.还准备了果汁，燕麦片等作为早餐。6.对待孩子很友好，有隔尿垫和纸尿裤等。玩具等。房东沟通顺利，总之，性价比挺好。(对了，如果能有微波炉和一盏可以写字的亮点的台灯那就完美了！)

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Sopra le aspettative, spazi ampi ed accoglienti, ambienti puliti e la casa è fornita di tutto, dagli adattatori elettrici egli shampoo. Ottimamente riscaldata. La zona è molto tranquilla, ristoranti e supermercati intorno casa. Si raggiunge il centro di Londra in 20 minuti con la metropolitana o i diversibus che hanno fermate intorno alla casa. Paul sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Posto consigliatissimo.

This is our third stay at Paul and Victoria’s flat. I actually arranged my vacation dates in London based on their availability. It is a very comfortable and well maintained. Located on a quiet side street. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment. The bathroom is clean, has good water temperature and pressure and comes with all the basic supplies. As far as tourism and entertainment. The flat is very near Newington Green which is surrounded by many very good restaurants and pubs. Dalston and the Angel are easy walks. There are two very excellent theaters within walking distance, The Park and The Almeida. To get to other sights there several buses within a five minute walk, the Overground is a ten minute walk and it connects to the tube at Highbury and Islington. Paul and Victoria are very nice people. They are quick to respond to questions and they provide an excellent information folder. I highly recommend this flat.

The check-in and communication with the hosts went smoothly. The location of the flat is perfect. There are very good bus connections to the city centre. The flat is in a quiet, very pleasant neighbourhood with nice restaurants, pubs, shops and a park within walking distance. The flat is spacious and clean and there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen in particular is very well equipped, the heating works well and the shower is good. We personally found the mattress too soft, but that is certainly a matter of taste. Due to the basement situation / northern orientation the hallway and living room are not very bright. If you're a light sleeper, you should know you can hear every footstep from upstairs. We were woken up several times in the middle of the night (1-3am) because people were trampling over us and talking and laughing loudly, sometimes even seeming to move furniture. Apart from this, we felt very comfortable in the flat and would recommend it for a stay in London.

We had a fantastic stay! We were in London for 10 days and it was so nice to have space to spread out and place to go “home” to after long days of sight seeing. A great balance of being off the beaten path, but yet very close to the overground (so access to busier parts of the city are easy to get to), and fantastic restaurant option/market/etc. right around the block. Flat was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again!!
