This villa was idyllic. The location was perfect- really easy access to the town of Skala without being too close. The beach just down from the villa is sandy, no pebbles and great for swimming. Theos, the owner, and his family were perfect hosts. The villa had everything we needed for a holiday stay, comfy beds, good showers etc. The road in front isn’t an issue at all - and the view looking across the pool is so spectacular who cares?! We’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa is in a great location with wonderful views. The pool is fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by our kids! The villa was cleaned twice during our stay which was great. Panos was very responsive and clear in his communication with us. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend staying! We may well be back

Lovely villa; well decorated, clean and good outdoor space (with bbq and seating area) exactly as described and perfect for a family or three couples. Kindly provided some basics (and local wine) in the fridge to make settling in easier. Both villa and pool were cleaned during our stay, with replacement linen and towels for both bath and pool. Really helpful and responsive host, with top tips on where to visit/ eat. Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged our air transfer and, despite a 3 hour delay to arrival, ensured it was ready to pick us up. As advertised the house/ pool faces a road - but not a busy or noisy one - it then immediately faces on to an absolutely gorgeous view of the sea and surrounding hills. It is worth renting a car to get about-although Mounda and Skala beaches are walkable (return trip uphill) and the Skala taxi rank worked well (5-10min wait) if you decide against a rental.

Lovely villa on the outskirts of Skala. Three double bedrooms with en-suites. Very clean, air con worked a treat, pool was great fun. Walk to Skala about 35 min. Skala was a bit quieter than we’d expected but really nice. The local road didn’t bother us and was completely outweighed by the amazing views from the villa and pool.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the location and the local beaches. A beautiful house, stunning views and pool to keep cool. We found it completely private and weren’t at all bothered by the road that was concealed with a flowered hedgerow. A wonderful, memorable holiday.
