Casa Prearino è idealmente situata per visitare le cinque terre. È in una posizione tranquilla, al di fuori del vacarme e ha una vista eccezionale. L’host è impeccabile. Raccomando vivamente.

endroit magnifique, tranquille et une région à découvrir. Assunta nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse irréprochable et une maison très propre un bien équiper. Un endroit féerique pour passer des moment tranquille et loin de tous. J'y retourne :)

Amazing house, view, ammenities. More than worth the cost. The kitchen is fully equiped to cook an amazing meal. They respect full recycling and separating the trash. The view is stunning and its a pieceful area. Lovely terrace, balcony and garden. Free parking. Basicly your perfect get away spot in Cinque Terre, Vernazza.

My wife and I stayed at Casa Prearino Vernazza for 2 nights while visiting the Cinque Terre towns. Overall our stay was OK but there were numerous hiccups and things that could have made it better. Our checkin process was a bit rough due to the host assuming that we had Whats Up and sending all instructions to my phone # on file. This caused a fair amount of confusion and difficulty finding the location. Fortunately Assunta was there to greet us when we finally arrived (one hour later than planned). The house is located directly off the main mountain road connecting the towns (you'll be leaving your car directly on the side of the road). It is actually a semi-detached residence with the hosts' relatives living on the other side of the wall so it is not isolated, as we were originally meant to believe. Having said that the area is fairly remote and the view is certainly gorgeous! Note, however, that the description in the listing mentioning "trekking along the multiple paths passing near the house" is actually somewhat misleading since you'd need to drive 15 min down to Vernazza and pay 15 euro for day parking or take the bus to get to any of the trails which partially defeats the whole purpose of staying directly in the park. The house was very clean, smelled nice, and was well furnished & decorated. To our surprise the fireplace was boarded up (unlike in the photo) and not usable (though to be fair the listing does not mention fireplace so it is still accurate). Unfortunately during our stay there were problems with water pressure which prevented the hot water heater from working properly. We were forced to heat up water in pots and pour it over ourselves - probably not something that fellow AirBNB'yers would consider a positive experience. I think we'd opt to stay in a more "traditional" space next time. Having said that this place can be nice given the right price and setting expectations accordingly.

Beautiful apartment overlooking vineyards and the sea. It had everything we needed and was near the cinque terre villages, 30 minutes to the farthest one.
