Maria Elisabetta’s place is gorgeous. Very friendly host and beautiful location. We felt very welcome. She was very fast to accept the reservation and accommodate us after the other booking we had fell through and we felt very welcome despite it being 10pm. We will definitely be back. The location is fabulous, close to the shops, restaurants and water taxi’s. Thank you again Maria Elisabetta.

Amazing place, everything as on the pictures. Great localization, 30-40 minutes walk from bus station but only 5 minutes from room to St Mark's Square.

Our stay at Maria’s Artist room was more than we could hope for! Maria herself is fun and bubbly and provided us the best recommendations to go around town and even hooked us up with a fun ride on a gondola with a friend of hers. The view from our room is straight from a story book: you can watch the gondolas paddle below in the canal while listening to some of them serenade the passengers and onlookers on the street. Short walking distance to so many attractions but not completely in the bustle of the city. The bed was very comfortable, AC worked great, and the shower was nice and hot! Lots of cute snacks and a bottle of wine 🥰🥰 would recommend my friends and family to stay here! Thank you Maria 👌🏻
