We actually stayed in Villa Svizzera which is another of Davide's listings. There were 6 of us staying for two weeks from the 24th of Sept and the villa was perfect for our stay. There are 2 kitchen areas but we only used the outside one which had everything we needed. There is also a barbeque area which we made use of . There are 3 double bedrooms 2 of which have an extra single bed in them. There is also a sofa bed in the upstairs sitting room. The villa is only meters away from a beautiful beach and about 7 kilometers from the nearest town Pozzallo so you will need a car. We were met by Davide's parents on arrival and they also came on the last day to collect the keys. Very nice people. We would stay here again if we come back to Siciy and recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this area.
