Amazing place with nice and polite people , they treat me like family. they even cooked for me for free even request for type of food. also they teached me how to catch a fish in the pond and later cooked for me wow . they can provide for you cooking stove and fridge for long stay . An unforgettable experience that other resort do not have this hospitality. If you are looking for private , cozy and quite for couple and family this is perfect place you are looking for, transportation is not an issue they have car that can bring anywhere anytime you want to go. local transportation like van ,buses and tricyle is very accessible. overall the room , toilet and outdoor surroundings is clean. local store like 7eleven ,atm a machine is nearby. Villa catalina resort is a family. I highly recommend 100% you wont regret.see you on my next visit next week. take care

This is the worst AirBnb encounter I have had in 15 years of global travel. I will list these below; 1 - The listing was not even remotely close. The hut we booked was no longer in existence. It was destroyed in 2019 yet the listing has not been updated. I booked for 2 bedrooms and got 1. Host was not apologetic and blamed AirBnb. 2 - Hidden costs with everything. When we couldn't move anywhere else, we made the most of the opportunity but were continuously sprung with extra charges for things like rice and the meals which were originally proposed as included. They were exorbitant prices considering the location. 3 - The host and her mother were taking the mickey out of the situation and not trying to remedy it for us in the slightest. The extra charges were almost the same as the priginal price of the listing (which was not accurate). 4 - Dogs were left free to roam, poo and wee on the door, on the floor, and on me! 5 - Power went out, wifi dropped out, no toilet seat or paper.

My first solo travel and trip to Philippines was amazing thanks to villa Catalina family. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, they went out of their way to make my trip pleasant. They served as my guide even helped me overcome my fear of swimming. The environment was scenic, if you are seeking positive aura this is the right place for you. I felt peace, joy, laughter and experienced singing, dancing and a whole lot. Villa Catalina is truly more than business, it’s home. I can’t wait to be back. Hugs and lots of kisses

Very great stay at the villa catallina the family is very welcoming and the place is really good several activities are there to have fun (karaoke, volleyball, swimming pool ...) the breakfast is very good and the proposed cuisine is delicious thank you very much for the welcome, you are all great people, always with a smile
