Wunderschönes Appartment für eine kleine Auszeit!

Riccardo's accomodation is beautiful! The apartment was very well cleaned and we felt comfortable. We arrived early and could check in two hours before the official check in (Riccardo answered messages within seconds). The outside of the building (the entry, the pool and the sitting areas) is beautifully decorated and looks amazing! Before our arrival he sent us our personal guide with information about restaurants, activities, beaches, how to seperate garbage, etc.! All in all, Riccardo is a really nice guy who cares about his guests and we absolutely recommend a stay at his place!

Fantastic quiet location within easy reach of Cagliari town (use MetroPark just behind the train station to avoid driving around endlessly the first day as we did!) and stupendous beaches. Lovely pool and courtyard to relax in and we stayed in one of the end rooms which was dark and very peaceful. Riccardo was very communicative and we had a great stay with towels and sheets changed. halfway through our 10 days. Only niggle was cooking was bit difficult as only a single hob provided and kitchen a bit spartan except for some coffee pods and teabags so bring something to sustain you if you are likely to arrive late in the evening as we did and find everything shut. Apart from those small points it's a lovely place and highly recommended!

L’hébergement était conforme à la description. Environnement très agréable et déco super. L’ambiance pierre/bois/moderne est d’un goût sûr et raffiné. Riccardo est très sympathique, dynamique et accueillant. Si je peux me permettre un bémol, les 4 logements sont en enfilade et trop proches les uns des autres ce qui nuit à l’intimité. Mais peut être sommes nous trop vieux maintenant (50)… toutefois lorsqu’un voisin fume, il est extrêmement désagréable de supporter toutes les odeurs et fumées. 5 étoiles quand même pour la prestation générale excellente. Absolutely outstanding host , Riccardo couldn’t do enough for us, nothing were to much trouble and responded within 5 minutes. Throughly recommended Ricardo’s hospitality and accommodation. Beautiful & peaceful, beautiful pool cleaned everyday. 5 STARS FROM ME 🇬🇧 Felt like home.
