Good location, friendly neighborhood, grossery nearby, walking distance to the Cascade. Though the window pointing to the street, with closed windows the street isn't loud and during the night barely noticeable. Tigran is a very friendly host and even installed an AC for the hot summer months for us. He always responded very quickly. The appartement itself is simple, unfortunately without a double bed, the kitchen and bathroom are rather small and the bathroom's walls seemed a bit old. However, all was clean and fully equipped. The internet worked very well. It was a pleasure to stay at Tigran's place.

A good, clean, and cozy apartment. With all the amenities, it fully matches the description. A big thank you to Tigran for the hospitality and excellent communication.

La comunicación con Tigran siempre ha sido excelente desde la llegada hasta la salida. El piso es acogedor. el ruido de la calle no es molesto, hay muchas tiendas, supermercados, bancos, y puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad que está a 15 min a pie. Totalmente recomendado
