Julia was communicative and a great host. I've lived there for five weeks together with two friends. She replied fast and took care of our requests (getting extra towels/bedsheets e.g) immediately. It is very cheap compared to other accommodations around Chicago and if you look for a cheap place with all the necessities you need this is the place. All the best Hjalmar from Sweden

Julia’s was super responsive throughout my stay here. The location is great — not too far from downtown and easy access to public transit. There are some things however that I was not expecting and considering a 32 night stay is required for this Airbnb I thought need to change. The WiFi is not in the house and yes there are extenders but it goes out frequently. There are not a great deal of places nearby with WiFi but also I don’t want to have to go somewhere to every day. I will say almost every time I messaged Julia she would check the router but it’s not great for WFH folks. Secondly the kitchen is not well stocked for a long stay. I bought a pan because the only fry pan was rusted and super dirty. My stay was for 3 people and we received 3 towels and 3 wash clothes. Had to laundry constantly — which isn’t on site. Lastly the tub rocks back and forth because of the claw foot tubs is broken. A wood plank is underneath to help but it’s not enjoyable taking a shower.

Good price-value relationship. Just a few feet from the park and bus stop. I appreciated the dishwasher. Sometimes the wifi didn't work, so you only have to restart the pods. Also Julia is a very communicative host and always willing to fix any issue.

The stay was great. Very accessible as well as the back porch was a added bonus. As well as a very responsive and attentive host

Nice to have a back deck! Host was nice and quick to rest.
