The downstairs needs some attention. The kitchen was very basic and not well equipped. A dishwasher would be good with so many people. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. However upstairs was much better and more comfortable altho the space could be better utilised with maybe a small fridge and a kettle. The pool also seemed a bit tired and in need of some attention. But all this is reflected in the price which is reasonable in the circumstances.

lovely spacious villa with all amenities for a comfortable stay. we had a few issues which were fixed within hours, so no complaints from us!

The villa is lovely and would be ideal for a family or group of friends.Most comfortable single beds I have slept on with memory foam mattresses. Extra blankets provided. Local cat visited everyday which we enjoyed! Near to local tourist mini train stop and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bus stop nearby for buses into cental Cala'dor. Quiet neighbourhood but plenty to do and lots of shops and restaurants. Lovely beach within walking distance, or mini train ride, of villa. Hotel opposite the villa has an all inclusive day rate of €30 if you need it on check out day which is 10am. I would certainly recommend the villa and Solmar were the most helpful company I have dealt with, especially helpful after the booking.

Het huis is heerlijk ruim, met veel kamers en grote keuken. De buitenruimte is geweldig met een mooi zwembad, veranda waar je avond zon hebt, veel ligbedden en grote tafel om aan te eten. Ook fijn is de buitendouche. De inrichting is een beetje gedateerd en niet gezellig. De ruimte boven is alleen te bereiken via een buiten trap. Goed om te weten. De 2 persoonsbedden zijn ietwat aan de kleine kant. De ligging is prima, dichtbij het centrum en een klein strandje.
