Malcolm is a fantastic host. The space is large and well furnished (as well as sparkling clean). The location is perfect for those who want to be close to great restaurants and the historic streets of Kingston.

Malcolm and Sandrine have such a beautiful home and we had a very special stay for my birthday at the end of July, when there were still Covid restrictions. They were very careful to make sure we were the only guests for the few days we stayed and we were all careful to wear masks in the common areas. The best part was the access to the pool that we had, especially in the hot summer days! The house was so beautifully decorated, very clean and Malcolm was extremely responsive with check in and check out and gave us such good local tips for the area. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

Malcolm and Sandrine are wonderful. They were very accommodating, discrete, and quick to respond. In general, communication was perfect. The place was very clean with charming retro décor. We enjoyed the pool too, which Malcolm and Sandrine kindly allowed us to use. We stayed for 3 nights – too short for a such lovely visit.

If you want to stay somewhere truly special, this is the home. Malcolm and Sandrine are both professional and warm. The rooms are all tidy and welcoming. They were accommodating of my schedule. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. I loved the room's decor. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

This place is a rare gem. The house is grand and yet charming, and very conveniently located. Malcolm was great and gave us excellent suggestions on good local eats and jazz. The waterfront, shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk away and a little breakfast at the house meant we were able to spend more time exploring local history. Overall, a perfect romantic getaway for Hudson valley excursions. Highly recommended.
