We stay in Paco's place for 8 day, and everything was perfect. Main points we love: 1 - location - very close to beach, and right in center of Santa Polo, were you can pick up any restaurant, cafe you like. 2 - Despite center location, flat was very quiet, so nice relaxing sleeps. 3 - very good size of apartment, separate office was very useful for my work.

This was our second stay at Paco’s apartment as our first stay last Easter was so good. Everything was just as good this time, and although we had 5 adults instead of 4 last time, the apartment is so big there was so much space for us all. Apartment is very clean, centrally located and equipped with everything you need during your holiday. Paco was very quick at getting back to any queries I had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, excellent value for money.

Had a fantastic stay ...ideal location for everything walked to the beach and restaurants in literally 5min. For a very central location it is extremely quiet as the bedrooms are at the back so no noise from the downstairs bars. We stayed in February and the weather was fantastic only on our last day at lunchtime were we home for making use of the kitchen facilities it had everything and more needed also the added bonus of sunshine on the two balconies to eat alfresco. For anyone wanting a comfortable central location this is perfect.

Fantastic place at the heart of Santa Pola and within walking distance to the city center, the coastline, and numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Spent just over 2 weeks at this property. The AirBnb was well equipped with plenty of kitchen and cookware; plenty of linens; fully furnished and comfortable. Paco was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend and would consider going back to it in the future.

We stayed for five weeks in the winter. The apartment was great, with everything that we needed. I remember remarking to my wife not long after arrival that it was the best equipped airbnb that we'd stayed in. It's located right in the centre of town with all the harbour places a short walk away. There's no dedicated parking space but we always found street parking within a hundred yards or so. I highly recommend it.
