We celebrated our mum’s 60th birthday, a group of 8 adults and 2 children. The space was great for us - lots of room to hang out, cook and eat meals together. We made use of the hot tub which was lovely. The walk down to the beach and St Ives was short and easy (little trickier walk back up but manageable even with a pushchair). The place was lovely, modern decor and very spacious.

Me and a large group of friends had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect size and location. We spent one day in Carbis bay and another in St Ives, both an easy, beautiful walk. I had my newborn with me and the place was well kitted out for babies. We enjoyed both evenings in the hot tub as well as a bbq one of the nights. The house was well equipped for cooking and there was plenty of bedding etc, everything we needed. The only thing that I would say I didn't enjoy was that after we arrived I had multiple messages about the bins and not being outside after 10pm. I already knew this from previous messages so I wasn't sure why I kept getting reminded. I was trying to catch up with friends the first evening but even had a phone call reminding me that we needed to be inside by 10pm. I thought this was unnecessary as I was already very aware of that and we were respecting the rules. Other than that they were very responsive when we had questions and it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful property in a great location which was perfect for a large family break. The host was accommodating on our early arrival and easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure

We had a fantastic stay at Nancarrow for my mum’s 60th birthday present. The house is beautiful and very well presented. Just a short walk to Carbis bay beach and into st ives along the amazing coastal paths. We will definitely be staying again.
