Although I didn't get to meet the hosts, the place felt very welcoming. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear, and the room is spacious and tidy. Would recommend.

The room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The stairs are steep. It's about a mile walk to the center, with all the museums, attractions, and restaurants. The Airbnb is on the outskirts, residential neighborhood. For some reason and it appears to be common, but there are no hooks in the shower room to hang clothes or towels. This is not the only place that I have noticed it. The instructions to enter were clear. I never met the host. Overall a very good stay.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, dank codierter Schlüsselbox am Eingang war der Zugang überhaupt kein Problem. Das Zimmer war in der ersten Etage, das Haus hat zwei Gästezimmer. Die Gemeinschaftstoilette sowie der Waschraum mit Dusche waren im Erdgeschoss - Gäste müssen sich beides teilen, man hat also keine "eigene" Toilette respektive Waschraum. Toll war der Fahrradservice, insgesamt vier Fahrräder (jedes mit massivem Schloss) stehen zur Verfügung, mit denen man sehr schnell direkt in der City von Utrecht ist. Kurzum, wir kommen gerne wieder. We booked at very short notice, thanks to the coded key box at the entrance, access was no problem at all. The room was on the first floor, the house has two guest rooms. The shared toilet and the washroom with shower were on the ground floor - guests have to share both, so you don't have your "own" toilet or washroom. The bicycle service was great.
