I think this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. Absolute gem. Place is so beautifully decorated and located in a quiet, scenic location. The interior is so nice, and all furniture and decor fits so well. The exterior is so well set up , and there are so many different social areas both inside and outside to spend time with your loved ones. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thank you, Connie.

We loved our stay at the Loft in the Woods! Everything was beautiful: the house, the yard, and the surroundings. Connie was attentive and friendly and provided us with a splendid breakfast basket with so many goodies in it. We felt right at home in the peaceful setting. We woke to sounds of the many birds and their enchanting songs. The weather was picture perfect for a wonderful Spring Break getaway. Thank you, Connie, for allowing us to spend 3 days of peace and quiet in your beautiful home!

Hi! I have lived in Nacogdoches for over 25 years and love the people, abundant natural beauty, and the unique flavor of the East Texas culture. My work background has included real estate and property management, retail and outside sales, as well as a keen interest in yoga and fitness. I love hosting with Airbnb as it affords me the opportunity to meet new people and share in their travels vicariously. I have two rustic homes listed that are situated on a tree farm that has been in my family over 150 years. Our farm is very Eco-friendly and we are always looking for ways to improve the land in a wholistic way (which is rarely the quick or easy route). I have two amazing grown children who have learned to put up with my quirky DYI projects and a wonderful husband Bill who is equally supportive and always willing to lend a hand.
