My stay was quite challenging from the start. Upon arriving at the apartment and completing the payment, I was robbed right outside the property, losing a significant amount of money. This unfortunate incident prompted me to cancel my booking, as I had not even checked in yet and believed I had the right to do so. However, the hosts were not accommodating, leading to lengthy and exhausting discussions. I spent a week trying to resolve these issues. Additionally, the apartment was very cold upon arrival. It took a day before a heater was provided, which finally made the situation slightly better. The noise insulation was extremely poor; we were constantly disturbed by neighbors simply walking down the stairs. It was so bad that we could hear conversations through the walls. Given these conditions, the price for the apartment was unjustifiably high. On the positive side, the apartment's proximity to the sea was a plus, and the room service was excellent, with very polite staff.

Great spot to stay at if you are visiting Barcelona for work or leisure. In a beautiful more local feeling neighborhood that is walking distance from some of the top restaurants and heart of the Gothic Quarters. Highly suggest staying here.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die wöchentliche Reinigung war super. Der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht zu hoch.

We loved our stay here and the town of Barceloneta. It is walking distance to so much - the beach, park, restaurants, bars, etc... the sushi place downstairs is also awesome. The place was clean and has a cute view of the streets below. It is on the 3rd floor, stairs only.

It was a nice 2.5 months in Barcelona. We can recommend this place. The location of the apartment is essential - great, close to the beach and parks. Barceloneta as a district is great, lots of restaurants and bars, nice atmosphere, a bit rustic. Close to Born and Barri Gotic. The apartment itself is small but new, clean and nice. Great windows, lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable and so was the bathroom. The kitchen has a little too little space to prepare food, but is manageable. Wi-Fi was fine, not great, but you can work online from home if you're not streaming all the time. Importantly - a lot of cabinets are placed very high, so if you are not tall, you will use a stool a lot. It was very important to us that there was no problem staying with our dog.
