Gerry was a very kind and accommodating host who made our stay one to remember. The cottage was cosy, clean, well equipped and ideally located for experiencing the Newcastle area and all it has to offer. We wouldn't hesitate in coming back! Thanks Gerry!

Just finished our stay with Gerry at Happy Vale Cottages with my two young sons. We had a brilliant stay, after a very difficult 2 months personally this was exactly what we needed. Location is perfect, Gerry is a great host, communication is very prompt and accurate, the cottage is an ideal place to stay and relax with everything needed on hand. We will be using Gerry again when home in Ireland, thank you on behalf of myself and my boys for a much needed relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed the cottage which is in a great location for access to the mountains. Plenty of room for small family or group of friends .
