Rustic little wooden house right on the edge of a beautiful forest. Perfect for those who want to be close to nature and like staying in a small place. The bathroom has hot water and there is a small kitchen. Vegetable garden is just next to the house and you can pick fresh vegetables for meals. Yash was very helpful with arranging transportation and can also give you tours of nearby locations. Wifi was super good if you need to be online during your stay. I loved my experience here and would definitely stay again for longer visit!

Little cabin in the middle of the forest with amazing view of the sunsets of Nepal. If you are looking for a silent time in nature this is the place. The place is a little far from a market but Yash offered to bring stuff or give a ride in his motorbike when needed so it was no problem. Also there's places to eat relatively close if you don't mind a small walk through nature. The hospitality was superior, got provided wood and had a cozy bonfire almost every day, also Yash invited me to eat with his amazing kind family. I hill hopefully come back in the future, only stayed 8 days and wished I could stay more.

Getting to the hut is not the easiest schlepp you'll ever make because you cannot get there by car. The narrow roads will not allow it. From the main road you must take a motorcycle down a winding road to a certain point and then walk down a path to a set of narrow steps. I had 2 suitcases and 1 large bag of food supplies and could not have managed this alone. Fortunately, the host had two associates who maneuvered bringing all of my bags to the house by motorcycle and then by foot which was no small feat. There is no refrigerator so it would behoove one to bring food items that are non perishable or fresh items that can be consumed within a few days. There is a set of uneven stairs leading to the bedroom, so this property is impractical for people with mobility issues. There's construction taking place at the properties just below the house that obscure otherwise sweeping vistas of verdant landscapes. The host is anxious to give you a tour of the land by motorcycle. And he won't take "no" for an answer. He'll take you to the View Tower and to his family's food stall and restaurant. If food shopping is required, he will take you there as well. Unfortunately, on my second night, a large black rat made his way to my bed. I felt something moving against my pajama bottoms and when I switched on the light, I saw it scamper toward a crevice on the far wall near the trap door where he escaped. I notified the host of this incident via Airbnb several times and he did not respond. He called hours later after I was packed and ready to leave to say that he hadn't received my messages until hours later which seemed dubious to me given his previous prompt replies. My stay was supposed to be 16 days and ended after two. Scrambling to find accommodations with spotty WiFi made this one of the most challenging AirBnb experiences I have had to date. I struggled with whether I should share this experience because he has been given the distinction of "superhost" for receiving stellar reviews in the past. And while it is not his fault that a rat came into the house, his late response is not what I would expect from a superhosts. As the proverb goes, forewarned is forearmed.

Very quiet, isolated place with amazing views! Yash was very prompt with communication. Both hosts were very helpful as well. A great place to stay away from the noise, listen to and connect with nature. I recommend this place!

This was our second time to stay at the cottage. We truly love this place! Beautiful cottage surrounded by trees with a great view. Perfect place for a quiet and peaceful getaway outside of the city. The hosts are amazing and always helpful. They took us to the local market to buy ingredients to cook with at the hut and came over for campfires. Would definitely recommend this place!
