Great place, well equipped, nice welcome touches. we found the travel cot, but not the fan. however the apartment was fairly cool so did not need it, although I would have messaged again if we did. messages well responded to initially though not about an enquiry to rebook. thanks

A great location - two mins from the station and can walk easily to the local beach (5 mins) or in the opposite direction 10-15 mins to harbour, high street and bars/restaurants. It had everything we needed and was quiet with a small private patio outside. Breakfast was an added and unexpected bonus

We really enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s place, the location was fantastic and within walking distance to all of Falmouth, Tracy was a very responsive host and very helpful. We felt that working/studying from this location was a little difficult due to at times, patchy WiFi connectivity but we definitely would return in the future - thank you for a fab stay!

Very convenient location. Easy walk to Falmouth activities the beach and the train. There was easy on street parking. The facilities were very clean. There is a pod coffee maker in the kitchen which is convenient if you're an early riser before the cafes open. Be aware that it is a basement flat and the master bedroom does not have a window that opens to the outside for fresh air. The beds were functional but a bit soft for our tastes. Tracy was easy to work with and very proactive with instructions. Thank you.
