Un appartement propre, bien situé , calme avec un parking fermé qui permet de visiter la région avec une grande facilité... facilité d’accès avec de bonnes indications et une bonne communication. A réserver pour visiter la région...

Trés bon sé.jour.Le contact avec Sandra et Jordi est direct et ils sont trés réactifs lorsqu'on les sollicite. quelques petits problèmes avec la télevision et les radiateurs des chambres que nous avons signalés et qui sont à revoir;nous avons eu du mal à ouvrir (et fermer) le portail du parking,mais nous étions des personnes dites "agées"!!!!!! Nous avons profité au maximum de notre passage dans le coin.....

Once we got in and were settled, the place was gorgeous, well-appointed and clean, with blazing wi-fi. Arrival was frustrating. Sandra was very friendly and responsive, but there was a lot of inefficient back and forth messaging that could've been avoided. Sandra mentioned the day before that she would send the code for the lock box for our day of arrival, but we didn't receive that info (and perhaps other critical info as well). The parking was very tricky to find - would've helped if a small map had been provided. FYI, the gate to the parking requires serious brute strength to pull open (Jordi, who was a delight, had to come by to help us as we thought the key was not working!). Our stay was pleasant, comfortable beds, lovely house/location. We planned to use the clothes washer and it wasn't working, so messaged Sandra, who then told us it needed to be fixed (which should've been told to us in advance/up front). Great stay, but upfront communication could be improved.

La maison était très propre et disposait de tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Elle est très bien située dans la ville. Le parking est très appréciable.

We felt lucky to find a place for 6 people at such a great location. Very convenient for the Dali museum. Figueres is a lovely small town with friendly people and good restaurants. The kitchen would be very easy to cook in- lots of dishes, pots etc but we only ate breakfast there, other things we wanted to do. The house has very good heat. Beds were cozy. One bathroom upstairs and one down. You might need to know that a GPS map took us to the back of the house, the pictures of the parking and gate were very helpful. If so, walk toward the street and you’ll find the front door and lock box. The gate in back is a little awkward and needs an energetic lift to get it started but it’s not a problem. Parking space was adequate for our rented “6 person” Peugeot. Figueres on weekend nights is lively. Reservations are needed at the popular restaurants. Sandra is communicative and helpful. I’d say more positive things but Airbnb limits characters!
