11 of us stayed at Michael and Nick's place for a few days between Christmas and New Years. The house was delightful and had a distinct point of view. The kitchen was a terrific place to cook and gather and is absolutely beautiful. The dining room table had plenty of length for all of us to dine together comfortably. The beds were all comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful. There is a media room with a huge couch and comfy chairs for watching a movie or a tv show all together. West Stockbridge has some lovely stores and a wonderful coffee shop that is a short 5-minute walk away. There is even a little market/deli that is remarkably well-stocked for its size and location. The lighting in the house is moody and dim everywhere except the kitchen, so if you are big readers we advise bringing some clip on lights for your books. Michael and Nick provided candles for the dining room and were the absolutely most wonderful, communicative, and kind hosts. Thank you so much Michael and Nick!
