This is a great house with a strategic location. It is located in the center of Echuca, next to the Murray River. The house is clean and tidy, safe, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic facilities, making it feel like home. It provided me with an excellent stay experience, and I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at the house. The location really can't be beaten, and the house is really nice. Some previous reviews gave me hesitation about booking, but none turned out to be true / an issue e.g. "People put bins in front of the garage" - one bin was put in front, we moved it, no big deal! "The driveway is muddy and garage is not connected to the house" - not really the case, it's a gravel road, it's rare to get an AirBNB with a proper secure double garage! "We had to mop the floor as a cleaning requirement" - not the case (not sure if they have changed the policy) The house is large, private and very nicely furnished. Please note the requirement for booking of a $500 bond through the booking agent, which we didn't agree with (as we booked through AirBNB), but it's a mandatory thing you will have to do after making your booking here. Overall, highly recommended. It's expensive for Echuca, but a very very nice place.

The positives: Short walk to everything. Lovely styled home, nice yard. The negatives: The sensor light in the hallway and bathrooms. They are horrible. They turn on when you walk in the bathroom which isn’t nice when you wake in the middle of the night half asleep as it’s very bright, yet they turn off when you are showering. Shocking water pressure in the shower. It’s very dismal. The parking is annoying. The garage to the house is halfway up the alleyway, and is not connected to the house at all. You have to walk back down the alley to the property. People park there car in front of the garage and you can’t get your car out. Also bins are placed in front of the garage which you need to move yourself. It was incredibly frustrating. The parking in the street is limited to 2 hours. The rules on checkout. You need to empty the dishwasher and put everything back in it’s place, empty bins, vacuum and mop the house and wipe down everything. Yet you pay a $175 cleaning fee.

Convenient location and exactly as pictured. The home was spotless and host was very accommodating.
