While I felt the pricing was somewhat adequate, this is definitely not the location you'd want to spend a week or more at. Firstly, the house is pretty old and unfortunately maintenance has not been provided as needed. Multiple wall sockets had no plastic protectors around the perimeter and did not even work. The second bedroom had absolutely no electricity to it which meant no fan or light function. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling where I assume the smoke alarm was removed and just never replaced? The shower had at the max 5 minutes of lukewarm hot water. Pest control was also very poorly maintained as I daily had small insects roaming throughout the house. Sheets had obvious stains on them which was pretty disgusting to uncover. If you need a place to crash your head for 1-2 days, this will suffice. Otherwise, I'd check into a local hotel or find a better bargain.

Paul’s place was wonderful. Excellent location and neighborhood - close to everything, and wonderfully peaceful. If you’re planning on cooking make sure you bring or buy some essentials, but did not hinder our stay in the slightest.

The location is situated near great shops and activities. very pretty area. Paul was a responsive host. Very affordable price.
