I spent a wonderful holiday time with my partner at Lino's Apartment. It was a perfect choice. There was everything we needed to rest and enjoy. Our host welcomed as warmly. The place itself was in very nice location, in front to the restaurant with delicious food. Near to the paradise beaches and bike rental. If you think of an accommodation to stay in Premantura we recommend it without a hesitation!

Die Wohnung von Lino und Ester ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und man hat die Möglichkeit sein Auto auf dem privaten Grundstück abzustellen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und wir konnten flexibel einchecken. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung befindet sich um Erdgeschoss eines privaten Hauses mit zwei Ferienwohnungen. Die Wohnung ist mit ihrer Größe und Ausstattung für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, der nicht in der Hand der Gastgeber liegt, ist das Verhalten und die Lautstärke der Bewohner der oberen Ferienwohnung. Mit der Lage der Wohnung im Ferienort Premantura direkt angrenzend an das Naturschutzgebiet ist sie absolut zu empfehlen.

Appartamento molto pulito e profumato. Spazi all’aperto molto confortevoli. C’è tutto l’indispensabile per cucinare e per la pulizia. Lino e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti. Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno presso di loro.

Appartamentino situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Premantura e vicinissimo agli ingressi per il Parco Kamenjak. Dotato di tutti i comfort: comodo bagno con ampia doccia e lavatrice, aria condizionata, piano a induzione e forno per cucinare. Lino ci ha fatto trovare anche cibo e bevande in cucina e al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti super calorosamente offrendoci da bere. Alloggio consigliatissimo!
