Great stay, super easy to get into central Wellington via train, very accomodating and responsive hosts, would definitely stay again!

Pat's place is shared accommodation. Several of the people staying there were in Wellington for things like a short-term job, so living at Pat's place for weeks or months. That seems to be normal. As a result, you meet interesting people but also need to share facilities and tolerate a bit of untidiness in the kitchen. We were visiting Wellington to rush from one meeting to another and only spent time at the place to sleep and prepare for the new day. Pat's place was perfect for that and certainly met our budgetary needs. However, if you want to spend lengthier times at home and be private, this might not be the place for you. My only word of warning is the website gave us the impression that Pat lives on the premises and we could turn up any time on our first day. We arrived later than expected (or advised). Many thanks to Pat's partner Jane for coming in late in the evening and being a very welcoming host. We would stay there again, definitely.

Pat's place was booked for our son in between flats. Highly recommend to others, great location to transport and supermarket, chemist and petrol station. Really helpful host and would definitely use again. Thanks Pat and Jane.

The owner MrPat and MrsJane are very kind people! We 3 people (John, Annie and Bob) very much enjoy the days we live in 115 Churchill Drive, Crofton Downs. The first day we catch here, Jane drive us to Countedown -super market to shopping, and when we finished ,Pat come to pick us up. And when we want to open a account in the bank, Pat drive us to the bank and write a latter to the bank,then just in 1 day, we already can open the account in the bank! …… A lot of things, they help us. We will remember all those! Thanks for Pat and Jane!
