If you're just staying to explore the area I'd recommend it. If I stayed her for a week or less and spent most of my time out and about exploring I think I would have been happier. I was looking for a new place to live, staying long term and worked from home so it wasn't suited well for my particular needs. *The pros*: The location is great for those who like a more authentic experience outside of the touristy areas. It's still very easy to get to all the touristy spots, the bus stops right in front of the apartment building. It's 1 bus to the romantic zone, centro, the airport or the cinema (10 pesos). Or it's 2 buses to get to Sayulita for a surfing day trip (120 pesos round trip). I like spending more time around locals than tourists so I really liked the location. It's also very convenient right next to the airport. Everyone there was super friendly and nice. They even gave me some of the mole that they made (it was delicious). They cleaned the room weekly which I really appreciated. And they were very responsive when something went wrong like the sink broke and the doorknobs broke. The area has a ton of delicious restaurants around (Cocina Betty's, bakery across the street, Ixtapa ranch, and my favorite for the sopes antojitos Los Cantaritos). They also allowed pets so my cat was welcomed. It was very safe! *The downsides*: I think this place is better suited for short stays rather than long stays. I was expecting something nicer for what I paid, so the following is in response to value. I stayed for a few weeks (booked a month but left early) so I'm going to be more critical because I spent a lot of time there. If the place was cheaper the rest of it wouldn't have bothered me, but I've stayed in spotless penthouses for less than what I paid for this room so I was disappointed with the quality of place. It was generally clean but not deeply clean, for example the dishrack was originally red but whitening with age and after showering you had to use a rubber broom to push the shower water down the drain because it would collect and stay stagnant on the uneven floor. And broken things mentioned before. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who works from home or spends a lot of time at home. It was not quiet as some reviews say. It's right on a busy road so big trucks and buses make a lot of noise as they're passing. And they're right by the airport so the planes come in low and loud. Also the internet was very slow, I used my hotspot. So if you don't have your own you'll probably get frustrated with the internet. You can hear everything in the neighbors rooms, I could hear their music and tv all day. (and I'm sure they could hear mine) There are a handful of dogs on the property which bark a lot. I stopped letting my cat outside because I didn't want her to cause them barking more.

Lugar adecuado para descansar. Cuenta con estacionamiento el cual es un plus importante.
