Spent 2 nights here but was out mostly so didn't use much of the facilities. The room is very large with seating for 7 I think. An office chair and large table were handy. Didnt use the TV. Bed comfortable and a comprehensive kitchen is adjacent. Area is quiet, security good. Lisa communicated well and was eager to help with any requests. I found this accommodation to be very good value and would certainly stay again.

Very suitable accommodation with kitchen facilities available if needed located close to all that Kincardine has to offer. Lisa’s space was exactly as advertised, her communication was clear, and no noise was heard from the long-term renter. The bedroom was clean and private. The fruit and water waiting in the room was a nice touch too. Would stay here again.

Refund ought to have gone through for one night cancellation. When it didn't and I asked about adding one night at the end of the stay they claimed they were booked and couldn't. When I was leaving Lisa was in the driveway and offered the place for "the day" since no one was coming in. This was put in a communication to me as well via AirBnB. Although it was advertised as sharing accommodation with a tenant - the expectations of civil separation between the AirBnB and the tenant did not exist. There was no lock on the AirBnB room; a "pocket, sliding door".
