We just bought this apt, this June 18, the apt is very spacious, full of light, brand new, with A/C, elevator, 2 great bedrooms downstairs, 3 eating areas, one next to the kitchen, one upstairs and one on the roof top that is private only for this apt. The apt is located on a historical area of Lisbon very close by to Graca (walking distance) and is not full of tourists, there is a lot of public transportation, great restaurants and supermarkets. You are close to everything but far enough... This space is super unique, is very spacious for Lisbon standards, is brand new, the building was a elevator that is rare on a small buiding, there is only 6 apts on the building. The roof top is very nice and very quiet, there is no busy road on the back you can hear the birds the all day.
