The house lived up to our expectations as advertised. A ten minute drive to the city centre. It has a double garage heaps of room and a spacious well equipped kitchen. The inverter A/C system keeps the whole house nice and warm in the cool months The Easter Bunny 🐰 ( real live bunny ) visited the front garden twice over Easter. How good is that👍

This house is a breath of fresh air. So spacious, the atmosphere feels clear, the house is not cluttered, but comfortable, tucked away, safe, great for kids, brilliant area/street. I have stayed in 5 other airbnb houses in Armidale and none of them are as safe or comfortable as this. A dryer would top this place off in terms of living ease and some extra utensils could have been handy in the kitchen, like measuring cups/spoons, a whisk, rice cooker, egg flipper, but working around that is not too difficult. Access to the garage for our car was a big bonus and a large cooking kitchen is a dream! The host is extremely accommodating and hospitable. Definitely recommend.

Geoff greeted us personally with a warm welcome. He was very friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The accommodation was clean and had much more amenities than I expected. The room is child friendly and we loved the bunny rabbit decorations. The neighbourhood is peaceful and is a short drive to anywhere in town. I would highly recommend Geoff and Kate's beautiful place to stay based on hospitality, cleanliness, amenities, and value!
