Loved staying in a historic building! It was converted with a well-done rustic aesthetic. Very functional layout. It was nice to have the privacy of the off-street location. The neighborhood has some great architecture and it's very close to Overton Park. We walked to the nearby restaurant and entertainment area. The place was very clean! Leanna was helpful when we got in touch with a quick question. It's a perfect location if you're doing something in Midtown. We would stay again.

I was pleased with the privacy of the parking area, as well as Leanna's detailed description of how to access it! Nice kitchen and living room. The bed is very soft, and the stairs to the bedroom are steep (would be difficult for some guests). Lots of airplane traffic overhead, although this might just be par for the course anywhere in Memphis. It's a fun older apartment, and I liked that we didn't have to follow any precise cleaning instructions at the end of our stay.

we liked the place, but he toilet had to be flushed multiple times and basically there was no hot water except for one shower

This place was very quaint and peaceful. Surrounded by several great Memphis destinations within short driving distance including Beale Street, Overton Park, and Bass Pro. Leanne was very kind and proactive in reaching out to us without being nosy or annoying but very caring.

My husband and I had a beautiful time in Memphis and a part of that goes to finding this hidden gem property! Leanna was extremely pleasant and helpful. I love that we didn't feel like we were in someone else's home. It was a cozy and private space. I would totally stay here again!
