I stayed at the apartment for four weeks. It was cleaned once a week and sheets with the towels were changed and it was very nice. It’s just 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore and 15-20 minutes to the train station from there but at the same time the place is so peaceful and quiet, i even couldn’t believe it. No noise at all. It felt like home. Thank you, Silvia. If i would come to Bologna again i would love to stay there again.

Apartamento super funcional, agradável e bem localizado. Do tamanho certo. A claraboia na sala é algo muito especial. Pude ver a lua cheia do sofá. Excelente. Anfitriã muito simpática atenciosa e sempre a disposição.

I stayed at Silvia's for the entire month of November while studying in Bologna. The flat is very centrally located - 19 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes from the Piazza Maggiore - with the Mercato delle Erbe and lots of lovely restaurants only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very calm and quiet at all times of the day and night as it does not face the street; in fact sometimes it was hard to imagine the hustle and bustle of the street outside. Everything is painted white, which gives the flat a bright ambience, even though there is only one window (in the bedroom area). I had no problems during my stay and did not have to communicate with Silvia at all. All appliances worked and the hot water and heating were fine. It was the perfect place for my winter study trip.

Really nice flat located that have everything you need, very quite as it’s located in a courtyard. Highly recommended!
