Nice location, tho be aware that it is a smaller firm mattress so best for travelers under 5'10". Make sure to bring or buy all bathroom amenities and cooking items you'll need.

I rated 4 overall since it served its purpose —it is very close to the venue we were to attend at that time (Cebu Ocean Park). Communication with the host was also good aside from the checkin. We were given wrong unit number by the admin and we had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor of the farthest building with our things (No elevator because there was no electricity). We got confused since there was someone renting the room we were assigned to. We had to go back again to the admin office. During that stressful time, our calls and messages were unanswered. Unit was different from the listing since there was last minute maintenance in the unit mentioned in the listing. No cable TV. Wifi was good. AC is fine in the 2 bed rooms but the living room was hot. Refrigerator was very noisy. I think we just got unlucky timing with the brownout, unit maintenance, and error in their checkin system.
