The stay was excellent in all aspects. I would like to add my following experiences: 1. I had booked room for myself for 3 days as I had a conference to attend in the city. At the eleventh hour, my friend expressed his desire to stay with me. I had to change the stay plans thrice. The hostess was very gracious and accommodated us without any fuss. 2. My friend landed up early. Again the hostess went out of her way to help him. 3. I could not find the house at night as the location led me in the alley behind the building. I did not understand this then. The hostess was kind enough to personally come and direct me to the house. The issue is with Maps because when I booked Ola cab standing near the main gate, the cab driver faced same issue. 4. I loved the bathroom tiles. It feels as if one is at beach. 5. The Terrace is a very apt sobriquet. I visited in February. Sitting on the terrace is a pleasure in itself, both in evening as well as early morning.

Anima is very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is quite large. The big terrace just for yourself really adds a lot of value. It is close to the bigger hotels in the city so convenient for meetings.

It’s small studio apartment. Ideal for one person or two for a quick trip into Bhubaneshwar. Very close to Major city landmarks. The transport options such as cabs are easy to find. Might have some issue to find the house in the first instance. Helpful host and the amenities are overall satisfactory for a peaceful night stay.

The property is a biohazard at the moment. Has harmful fumes coming out of the pipes in bathroom and kitchen. Fell ill and had to be hospitalised. Confirm if this has been fixed before booking. A main open sewer drain passes right in front of the gate, so is quite smelly. Otherwise, location is fine.
