A newly renovated, peaceful and centrally-located place Studio Apartment in Melville. A secure, leafy and sought-after complex. Located near Wits, UJ universities, Milpark hospital, SABC and plenty other amenities. Rosebank Gautrain is nearby as well as access to major road arteries. The complex features 24-hr guards security, with CCTV cameras outside of the unit. There’re gym, squash, swimming pool, Laundromat facilities in the complex. NO SMOKING IN or AROUND UNIT. No pets allowed.

Katlego is a great host. He was proactively arranging our check-in and was always available to offer help. I found the place as described on the website. I loved the bed! It was super comfortable and I must admit I miss it already :) The location was 10 minutes from Rand Steam shopping center and the same distance from Melville 7th Street. The flat is in a well-secured complex with many families living there, quiet and peaceful. Overall for the price we paid, we were really happy with our stay.
Enjoyed our stay and Katlego was such a lovely host.
The place was great value for money and exceeded my expectations. The host also had books available for me to read which made the stay even more pleasant for me

A peaceful and cozy place. Looked exactly like the images and very clean. It has everything you would need for a staycation and OMG the bed is just everything - super comfy. Katlego is a lovely and very responsive host. Throughly enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be visiting again.
