I am an art installer and that means I need places that are open and very easy to use. This home was perfect for my business partner and me. Lots of space to spread out. I also appreciated that this appears to be a home people live in. So, the little things like butter in the fridge, and coffee beans were there. Very nice when I bring muffins but forget everything else for breakfast.

I booked this for my husband and son, who were visiting our daughter for the weekend. Great location near her, within our budget, comfortable beds, modern updated interior, and very comfortable. Appreciated the opportunity for them to have stayed at a wonderful place.

Melissa's place was clean and a good location. She was very responsive. I could not find the code to get to unlock the door and she responded quickly and politely even tho it was 10:00 at night. One point about the furnishings. If you are in the older generation (we are 70+) or have any mobility issues please note that the beds, though very comfortable, are very close to the floor and if you have ANY mobility issues are hard to get out of. Also, if you are staying longer that a night or two there is no dresser or closet in the second bedroom.

Amazingly sophisticated loft style apartment with an overall extremely comfortable feel. This flat has all the amenities a traveler could ask for, that also puts quality first. High ceilings, built in cabinets, ambient lighting, spacious kitchen with a great view. This 2 bed 2.5 bath is an absolute pleasure to stay at while in the Eugene area. Above all it's in a great neighborhood where everything is easily accessible. Day and night usable fully furnished/covered patio that looks out at the Eugene Hills. Inside the furniture is stylish and comfortable along with contemporary decor Host is extremely organized and makes sure that the staying guest is taken care of in all aspects. If you're coming to Eugene and want to stay in an intelligent, comfortable, loft style apartment, this is the exact place. SoHo feeling mixed with Oregon culture.
