House was very comfortable, with great location for skiing, snowshoeing and waterfall touring. Scenic country setting was very pleasant. Hope to return next winter!

I was there with a group of women. We were supposed to be 8 in number, but someone cancelled at the last moment. I was concerned about the size, and having only one bathroom. It ended up working out great, and we've scheduled it again for next year with all 8 of us! Beautiful surroundings, easy access to many different trails within ABR, nice sized kitchen (8 will be cozy at the table, but doable), and a few different pockets for gathering (an upstairs sitting area, and main floor living room). There were times we were all in the living room, and that was cozy for sure. Anyway, we loved it and will return.

We're always happy to stay here. The house is charming and the location is quiet and unbeatable for accessing the southern trails at ABR.
