Jolie villa au calme avec jardin, 200m plage, 1km bourg 200m from the beach and less than 1km from the town and the shops of Jullouville, pretty house comprising a living room, a dining area and a kitchen area (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer) overlooking a pleasant garden. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom (shower, sink) and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine with an office and a bedroom with two beds of 90 pushed together. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Our animal freinds are not admitted. Propriétaire très sympa Maison propre et pratique.
Maison pleine de charme rustique, très bien équipée. Elle est très très bien située, 2mn à pieds de la plage, 15mn à pieds des commerces par la plage (2mn en voiture). Un bémol: les planchers bois de la maison. Difficile de se reposer quand d'autres personnes sont réveillées parce qu'on entend les bruits comme si on était dans la même pièce. POINT NEGATIF: pas un sol produit d'entretien. Comment demander à faire le ménage sans même une serpillère et un seau? Depuis plusieurs dizaines d'années que je loue des gîtes, c'est la 1è fois que cela m'arrive. 4 vélos adultes sont à disposition (alors que l'agence m'avait dit le contraire au téléphone quand j'ai posé la question)
