Nadine hosts and amazing Villa and experience from start to finish. We hosted two sets of parents to celebrate our engagement and the property, villa, and staff could not have been better. Nadine was excellent in arranging items before, during, and upon exit of the property which were all top tier. Private chef dinner under candlelight by Atanasio, introduced by Nadine, was a night our parents will always remember. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast each day. Cannot recommend this property and their services enough if you are looking for a celebration, relaxation, or wedding venue.

I went to Nadine's place, the Baron's Villa, for my 30th birthday with 10 other people. The villa was simply stunning and way larger than we expected. The rooms were perfect: luxurious bedding, lots of space, spotless furniture, functioning air-con, and a bathroom for each bedroom, what a luxury! The villa also has so many living rooms and dining rooms that it was harder to pick one where we would dine in or simply chill. There was plenty of space for everyone to chill out on their own (for example, for the boys to watch football in one room whilst others were in the kitchen). But the cherry on top of the villa was the pool and the stunning park around it. The pool was absolutely huge, we were even given inflatables and sunbeds. Waking up to the view of the trees was magical. The true star of the show was Gianni, the keeper, who would book taxis for us and turn up to the pool with snacks for everyone. We couldn't recommend the villa enough and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful and happy stay at Villa Barone even though we didn’t have access to the first floor mbr pictured with the green silk couch so my daughter had to sleep in a small room on the floor above. She called it the Cinderella room. The villa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The pool is huge and so is the yard. Having Gianni 24/24 made us feel very secure. Nadine was a great hostess and answered our many questions promptly. The negative is you can’t hire your own chef. Nadine suggested Gianni who charged 60 euros a person to make dinner:antipasto without cheese and olives, bread, salad from a bag,pasta with meat no sauce, overcooked thin veal noone ate. It is cheaper to eat 5 min away at Locanda Della Picca where the food was fantastic. A side note the villa is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Nevertheless the villa is fabulous and we enjoyed our time there and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Our stay at Nadine's villa was wonderful. We were 8 friends celebrating a 30th birthday. Nadine met us when we arrived and gave a walk through of the property, highlighting the historic nature of the property. All of the rooms are beautiful, large, and comfortable - featuring exquisitely crafted furniture and air conditioning/heating. The villa, while being exceptionally ornate, feels lived-in. On the property lives Gianni the care-taker, in a separate building, who helped us with grilling one night and any issues we faced. The location is close to Città della Pieve, with Locanda Della Picca as a standout restaurant to eat at. We were able to do a day trip to Florence (1.5hr drive away, trains are also available) and Lake Trasimeno (highly recommend Ristorante Il Molo). Other destinations - like Perugia, Orvieto, and various Tuscan towns - are all easily accessible. Nadine helped organize a birthday dinner at the villa with a fantastic chef. I've never experienced such a beautiful and delicious home-cooked meal in my life. Nadine also gifted the group a few bottles of Veuve Clicquot for the apertivo, an especially kind gesture. We finished the evening stuffed and full of fond memories. We also went on a truffle hunt, with Nadine's help, that was a real treat. The truffle hunting dog, Argo, found 900g of white truffle, which we had some served at a local restaurant (Seven Cafe).
