Don’t want to sound harsh but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to following reasons: 1) They let the apartment double book and suggested that we cancel the reservation (which later got sorted out once Airbnb stepped in.) 2) Communication was a massive issue. Had to involve Airbnb again. 3) Wasn’t the smoothest checkin experience - had to chase for checkin instructions several times. 4) Apartment didn’t offer a flexible check in option as the itenary suggested. 5) lots of confusions from start to finish which later got resolved. 6) The photos provide similar resemblance but do not provide an exact resemblance to the hall way etc. Therefore the value for the apartment is over priced (due to the neighbourhood flats ,etc Positives: Good location, Apartment was clean. There is a good restraunt nearby( good food and reasonably cheap)! Apart from that thank you for having us! Best,

Came to Krakow for a conference, and this place was perfect. A short walk to everything, and very nice hosts. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place but dealing with a 20 year old as a host is not fun or stress free. The information needs to be changed to reflect that you won’t be dealing with Anna, but instead her young son, Jacob. Responsiveness and timelines was a HUGE issue. Requesting more money the NIGHT BEFOFE we were to arrive was ridiculous and seemed like a scam (thank god air bnb has policies against this that protect you from this) When we booked this apartment, I had come to an agreement that 2 guests were staying here and we would not be charged the ridiculous fee of $28 extra a night for 2 people to stay (why have a 3 bed apartment when you charge $28 Canadian extra per person after 1 guest). I have our agreement that I wouldn’t be charged for 2 guests in writing. The night before our arrival, I received an email that Jakob, Anna’s son, was requesting $57 Canadian more for us to stay there, which is fraudulent and is completely unacceptable. Thank you air bnb for protecting customers from this! I declined the extra charge and he resent it THREE times. Next issue- check in was at 3. We arrived at 3 to not be able to get into the lock box for the key. I messaged “Anna” and Jakob showed up at 3:15, saying he was at university classes and we couldn’t check in yet because he hadn’t cleaned after the previous guests. We had to go wait in a cafe and wander around until 7 pm because it took him FOUR HOURS to clean. And when we got in, there was still dust and grime all over the counters, night tables and bathroom. Other accommodations that have booked us in late have been very apologetic and left us with a bottle of wine. Jakob was a typical 20 year old with no class. He didn’t apologize or leave us with anything for the trouble. After the first day, he said he would be there to answer questions or assist us. We never heard from him again. He left TWO women ONE roll of toilet paper for 4 days. This is unheard of. Each air bnb we stayed at over these past 3 weeks of travelling had minimum 4 rolls. I messaged “Anna” twice about toilet paper. There was no response. I’m still waiting over a week later. It was a beautiful place. Very big. About a 15 min walk from the main square. Large kitchen to cook in. Large beds. But I would never stay here again because of the way we were treated. If you want to deal with an immature, university age boy who doesn’t understand hospitality and wants to scam you for more money, then stay here

The appartment is very stylish and in a great location. Construction work downstairs disturbed me one morning but thankfully only 1 day out of 7. There were no instructions in how to control the heating or washing machine and the host was not very helpful when I asked for guidance. The bed is comfy and the shower is fantastic. A few other small things could be better, the lovely wooden floors are great but the bed slid around very easily and the various mats were hazards due to sliding under your feet. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utencils.
