Our family had such a wonderful and relaxing time in Fire Island's Vita Nova! We had family of all ages and this house fit everyone’s needs perfectly. The amenities included were endless from pizza oven, ping pong table, bikes, beach equipment, board games and the list goes on and on. So impressive and so amazing! Dominika was very informative and detailed which made check in, check out and the entire stay a pleasure. We hope we are fortunate to return for a future stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominika’s house in Fair Harbor. The location was ideal - we’ve stayed in Fair Harbor twice before and this was by far our favorite place. We loved the layout of the house, and some of the extra amenities made it very special. For example, my husband LOVED the super high end espresso machine, the bikes were basically brand new, the house was very clean, and we all loved the outdoor shower. It’s ideally located very close to the dock but also right near central walk, which provides quick access to Saltaire. We didn’t need anything from Dominika during our stay, but we had one question and she responded right away. The price is completely in line with Fair Harbor prices, especially for a larger house that is super clean. This was worth every penny in our minds.

House is centrally located between the bay an ocean. Really great spot to enjoy some r&r at the beach.

Well kept and clean, great location half way to the bay/ocean and convenient separate toilet/shower and outdoor shower. Exceeded expectations especially bc the kitchen was well stocked w pots pans and essentials, and the host was extremely responsive. Recommended!

The home is located conveniently to the ferry & shops in Fair Harbor- just at the end of the “main drag.” Common spaces & outdoor seating was accommodating for a family group. The kitchen was well-appointed. We found everything we needed to make all our meals for the week. The outdoor shower was refreshing & had good water pressure. There were many serviceable bikes which we enjoyed & two wagons. Bring your own bath & dish soaps.
