Sunset, river, forest and jogging paths can be enjoyed in walking distance, so are several children playgrounds. Also great as stopover during busy holidays because highways are just 3 minutes away. Public transportation is round the corner - even all night long. Finally, our property is also perfect for long-term stays - ask us for special discounts if you plan a 3, 6 or 12 month stay or even longer! We try hard to provide good holiday/work experiences in professionally cleaned units including several large private rooms, several private bathrooms, and up to 6 sitting areas, new high-quality Latex beds, air conditioner, fans on ceiling, smart home appliances like sun-regulated outside blinds, several TVs (up to 40''), superfast WLAN, wooden quality floors, large terracotta-terrace with Jacuzzi, several outside sitting areas (XXL beach chair, sitting lounge, extra-wide sun lounger for couples, romantic Italian chairs at garden house, beer benches for large groups), and well-maintained rose/flower garden, refreshments (e.g., coffee, tea) in fully-equipped kitchen. Our city house is located in one of the best area in the Nürnberg-Fürth-Erlangen metropolitan area (according to Aigner Immobilien). We speak German, English, Italian, Mandarin, Thai and Japanese. Some notes: Following city regulations, we do only occasionally rent out our private properties from time to time, so please check out your preferred dates and send us your booking requests as early as possible. Please note also that you can not book immediately our place but need to introduce yourself with some sentences (we are not a hotel with "open doors"). All tenants need to strictly follow actual Covid19-related rules and regulations (no exceptions are made). Following city regulations, our property is regarded as private and is not a business unit.
