Nella casa di Giuseppe ci siamo trovati benissimo, è bella, ben arredata e molto confortevole. La cucina e i 2 bagni sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario. Giuseppe è molto gentile e disponibile, risponde subito in caso di necessità. L' appartamento è in una bella zona di Milazzo, tranquilla e a poca distanza a piedi dal centro e dall'imbarco per le isole. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Giuseppe è molto gentile e disponibile, risponde subito in caso di necessità. Ci ha dato utili consigli e non possiamo che ringraziare per l'accoglienza ricevuta. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Giuseppe a été très réactif et accueillant malgré notre réservation tardive. Il a été très arrangeant sur les horaires aussi. La maison était très agréable et propre. Recommandé !

‘Alla Scalinata’ is a spacious and well equipped house and it has been a pleasure to have a long stay in this pleasant home in such a convenient location. We would like to express special gratitude to our host, Giuseppe. We already had confidence well before we met him because he answered our messages helpfully and promptly, so when we he met us on arrival at Milazzo train station we felt welcome and secure. Giuseppe drove us to the house, helped us with our luggage, showed us everything about the house and quickly followed up on any of our requests. We were impressed that there were some cooking basics provided in the kitchen food cupboards. Giuseppe even brought us extra coffee pods and some freshly picked citrus fruit. We were also most grateful to find that all bathroom and laundry products were provided, more than enough for our long stay (just over 4 weeks). Milazzo is a nice town with an interesting history. Cape Milazzo is beautiful and easy to access via local bus.

Ich war beruflich in Milazzo und habe nach einer großzügigen Unterkunft geschaut. Dabei bin ich auf Giuseppe‘s Unterkunft aufmerksam geworden. Sie ist wirklich schön groß, hell und freundlich. Es gibt in der Wohnung alles was man benötigt um sich wohlzufühlen. Und falls doch etwas fehlt, steht Giuseppe immer mit schneller Antwort & Hilfe zur Verfügung. Besonders herauszuheben ist die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Giuseppe ist wirklich immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem Meerblick auf die Bucht von Milazzo ist wirklich super. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum und kann unzählige tolle Cafés oder Restaurants besuchen. Wenn man den Sonnenuntergang genießen möchte sind es wenige Minuten zur Burg von Milazzo, man geht die Treppe hoch und hat einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Ich würde immer wieder die Unterkunft von Giuseppe buchen, sowohl beruflich als auch privat. Vielen Dank für alles und viele Grüße, Hannes 🤗
