I feel sad for Johnny. His house is across the street from a strip mall, with no parking that we could see except in the strip mall. The photo of the house online looked to be in a pleasant mid-sized house neighborhood. In fact the house was a duplex of perhaps 4 rooms per side. The furniture was covered in blankets, seemingly because it was worn out. We drove around for over an hour to find the house and were amazed to find it in a commercial district. We entered the house and realized it was not an environment in which we could be comfortable. We left and had to find a hotel. As it happened it was difficult to find a hotel room as it was a very busy weekend in Middletown, DE. We might ask for a refund, but perhaps we could split the money with Johnny as he seems to be in a tough place. But it is not a reasonable Airbnb.

Loved Pie's Place! Easy check in... Everything was clean. The Host was very responsive. We were able to walk to resturants. We will definitely stay here again! We highly recommend Pie's Place.

Pie' s Place is my home away from anytime I visit Middletown!! Great location, comfortable, clean, and peaceful! I look forward to my next visit.

our room was very clean though a bit cramped. There was some street noise from the traffic, though it wasn't bad. The on street parking felt a little unsafe given the narrow street, but we did not have any problems. The coffee options were only availablein the common area, and there were no coffee pods provided, so you should plan to bring your own k-cups. Overall, a nice clean place to stay.

Pie's Place was as advertised - clean, comfortable. Johnny's was extremely responsive and helpful. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Middletown for sure
