This place is unbeatable. The views alone are worth the price but combine that with breakfast each morning, turn down service and a fantastic cave shower, then it’s underpriced. Do yourself a favor and book now!

The reviews say it all. The location can’t be beat and the airbnb is truly all that it claims to be. We enjoyed sunset from our airbnb, we could explore Santorini at quieter times when the crowds had left. The breakfast included is great as is the jacuzzi. Our hostess Giotta was extremely responsive, helped us with restaurant reservations etc. there is a 10 minute walk uphill on narrow steps to navigate to get to the airbnb- not atypical for Oia. We had our driver help us with two suitcases while we carried the third. Something to think about if you have mobility issues. If not, don’t think about it, book this place!

This place was amazing. the space, the views and the surroundings were all better than we hoped. Giota was amazing, very helpful, her recommendations were amazing, our first night she reserved a meal for us at the Sunset restaurant by the ocean with front row views of the sunset. the food was amazing. The tour was great with Nikolas and the porter was helpful for the check in and out. the stairs are hard, but if you want the best views and value for money, it's worth it. The view from the Hot Tub was just amazing. Thank you Alex/Giota for your hospitality. we will definitely book your place again.

Truly had an amazing time here! Everything was perfect on our stay. Beautiful apartment, jacuzzi, location, and even the breakfast. Giota was such an awesome host. She helped with literally everything. Can't recommend it enough! 😎👍🏻

The perfect spot for our 3 days in Oia on our Honeymoon. We absolutely loved the design of the cave house, the jacuzzi, and the breathtaking view. There wasn't too much foot traffic going by the place so it felt very private. This is not true of many other rentals in the area. We appreciated the breakfast delivery every morning and the complimentary coffee, wine, and water. Giota was also extremely helpful and responsive and had many tips and suggestions for us. She made a reservation for us at Oia Gefsis restaurant during sunset, which was delicious and amazing. I highly recommend staying here for your Santorini vacation.
