A very welcoming and thoughtfully arranged space, just inside the door and with its own bathroom felt private but not isolated. A grassy wash just outside hosted a myriad of birds in the morning, very welcome at a difficult time in my life. Plenty of stores and restaurants about a mile and a half away, Claire thoughtfully listed them on a note in the bathroom, but if you didn’t have a car you’ll need an alternative. DoorDash easily available.

The home was very inviting, and the space was beautiful. Claire’s description was spot-on, and communication was excellent. Safe space for a single woman in a quiet neighborhood. I will book again if I’m in the area.

This place is exactly like Claire states. She gives lots of details about her space and provides a lot to help make your stay comfortable. I only used the bedroom and bathroom during my very short stay, but they were all very nice and clean. Felt like I was at home. I would stay there again, most definitely!

Claire has a beautiful place. The room and bathroom were exactly as described. Very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the location is in a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely book again when I’m back to see family! Thanks Claire for the stay.
