Elisabeth met us immediately upon our arrival, and showed us around. A lovely bouquet of flowers on the table welcomed us. We had stayed in the Chalet 3 years ago; it felt like we were coming home again! The house was so clean, and very well supplied. There was even an assortment of books in English and German. We appreciated the screens on the windows. The kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted with helpful appliances and utensils. We appreciated the option to have Mama Monicah prepare some healthy and tasty meals for us at a very reasonable price. The serene environs were so quiet and peaceful - not even a rooster crowing! The large yard was freshly mowed, the flowers and trees were beautiful and nicely kept up. We enjoyed observing several kinds of fascinating tropical birds. Shortly after sunrise on our final morning, we had a clear view of Mt. Kilimanjaro out the living room window - its ice and snow cap a pinkish glow! Our time at the Chalet passed too quickly!

This place is extremely fantastic,even before you get to the house our host was at hand to receive and welcome us and escorted us to house and we felt at home. This place invites you to relax,it's quiet, it's clean tidy and well arranged. The place is very accomodative with well equipped kitchen with spacious bedroom,sitting rooms and serene location. Rather than the pictures in airbnb chalet is better and we can still recommend others. We we definitely visit again, we loved the place Elisabeth and the team. Only can recommend kasmall TV.

Thank you, dear Elisabeth, for having me stay in your comfy home. Was so glad to sleep tight n a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the cosy living room with the beautiful view. All in all very special!

Elisabeth was an amazingly responsive host. She even made sure to go to the store to get some food for us for our first breakfast as she knew we would be arriving late and not have time upon arrival. She invited us over to meet her husband and served us cheesecake she had just made thr night before we left. DO NOT HESITATE if you are thinking of staying jere. i will warn that the electricity goes out kinda often (common in this area) but she has solar power connected so there is light and phone charging. if the electricity is out, there is not hot water tho. all else was wonderfully peaceful and we absolutely enjoyed our time here.
