I very much enjoyed my stay. The unit was perfect for my needs. I felt right at home! The complex is maintained very well. The pools and hot tub are sparkling. The clubhouse and gym are immaculate. The location of this condo provides an array of wonderful restaurants and shopping. It is a very safe and friendly community. Last but not least, Richard is an excellent host. He is very friendly and kind. Responsive and helpful to any need that may arise. My 2 1/2 month stay at the Plaza Residence was very enjoyable. It felt like home and it was hard to leave!

Richard is a teriffic host, communicates well and responds quickly. The security gate to get into the property takes some getting used to.

We had a two month stay at Richard's condo and really enjoyed our time there. Richard provided everything that one needs for a short or extended stay. The complex is gated, is quiet and has very good amenities. The complex's management team is also very helpful and responsive. The highlight of this condo is the location. It is just a short walk to multiple shopping areas and restaurants, as well as a short drive to a challenging 27 hole golf course. The location of the complex is reason enough to stay here. Richard is a great host. He was very responsive and available whenever something was needed and has everything set up for an excellent stay in his condo. We would definitely recommend booking a stay at this location with Richard.

I stayed for about a month at Richard's place. Convenient location near Scottsdale Quarter & Kierland Commons. Nice on-site amenities, really enjoyed access to the gym. Comfortable and quiet place to stay in Scottsdale, recommended! Richard was also kind enough to accommodate a flexible check-in time as my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving later than expected.

Great location and very safe. Plaza has everything you need and Richard is such a great host. I made another family in Arizona. Highly recommend anyone who visits AZ.
