房子的整体空间很大，体验感也很棒，开放式的厨房，让我每天做早餐的心情都很愉悦，一开始没有燃气了，房东也很及时的进行了更换，我们只住了三天，感觉太短了，如果是度长假，非常建议入住。

总体就2个字：很差 关于位置：很不好，在卡马拉山腰，周围基本上就是农村，最近的711（请注意是最近）在山脚下，走路要20分钟，从711走回去民宿要爬20分钟山路，骑摩托车或开车要5分钟，位置很偏，叫车打车不方便，去芭东这些比较中心的地方，打车要500泰铢，来回接近1000泰铢； 关于房子：农村中的小型社区，大概有4-5栋，每栋3层楼左右，房子在最里面的顶层，一楼是住的地方，但是房间是隔断的，排气不好，煮个饭可以让整个屋子充满油烟，包括房间里面也是，二层是露台和游泳池，但是对于游泳池不要抱太大希望，很小，应该长度不超过5米，准确理解可以说是一个水池而已； 关于设施：必须强烈吐槽，第一天晚上到了，10点多的时候，停水，坐飞机坐车非常累，不能洗漱和洗澡特别难受，和房东反馈，说1-2小时会来水，本准备那就忍耐一下，第二天早上洗漱。结果第二天早上6点钟起来，还是没水，发信息给房东完全没有反馈。因为带着父母来的，又有7点多的行程安排，无奈我只能自己去山脚下的711提了2大桶桶装水再回来，特别不爽。这个是一晚上接近5000泰铢的民宿应该提供的服务和设施吗？？ 关于服务：第一天来的是一个女管家，然后和我们说她第二天休假，说会叫另一个女管家加我微信，结果完全没有，联系不上人，和房东发邮件，回复的特别慢，我们定了3天，因为没水的问题，第三天决定退房，没有要求房东赔偿我们前2天没水带来的困扰，房东连第三天的房费都不愿意退还，到最后的态度还特别不好。 100个差评，我住酒店和民宿从没有遇到这么差的体验和服务，3个晚上总价接近15000泰铢，竟然没水用，还服务如此不到位，简直是服了，把我和我父母难得的度假体验搞得特别不舒服。 最不爽的是房东的反馈和服务态度，一直说是当地停电的问题停水的，我就纳闷了，我花钱是直接给到房东你本人的，你就应该提供等值的服务和配套设施，无论是主观还是客观的原因导致如此不好的体验，理所应当都是你站出来提解决方案，当地停水是你和当地供水局之间的问题，关我什么事？一直推脱责任给当地，如果在国内这样的房子早就关门了。 人生第一回对一个酒店写这么多的评价，没有半个字是虚构的，花了15000泰铢买的这种服务，也提醒后面的人，自己考虑清楚是否找这个团队定房子。 ---------------------------------------------- The whole word is 2 words: very bad. This apartment is awesome. It depicts the images exactly as in real life. Very friendly staff and check-in was easy. Having a scooter is an advantage. I can recommend this apartment to everyone and the price is great.
