Andre's place was lovely and very clean. We had a wonderful stay. We loved the location. We're not surfers, but it was an easy walk to the swimming beaches. The kitchen was unusually well stocked with equipment. The internet went out briefly, but it didn't last long. Overall we were very pleased and would be happy to stay there again.

Great place. Easy to get around, very clean, and comfortable. Host was helpful and always available if we needed anything. Be mindful of the 10am check out if you’re not an early riser, but go, have fun, and take the ferry to and from the city!!

I had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB! The space was beautiful, and it's clear that lots thought and care goes into ensuring it's is clean and well-maintained. The spacious layout provided ample room for us to relax and move around. Accessing the space was a breeze, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The modern style and thoughtful decorations made for great ambiance. The attention to detail in the interior design really shone through, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing environment. Great location with convenient access to the beach and subway. There is airplane noise, but any place in the Rockaways will have that. Friendly neighbors and neighborhood despite what some older reviews suggest. The space is well designed and the art/surfing library was fantastic. The kitchen amenities were very bare bones - fine if you’re not ever cooking there, but we found that lacking during our week+ stay. This is minor complaint is really the only one we had.

the place looked just like the listing. super clean when we arrived. the ice was melting from freezer, but host mentioned it’s not the best. the area is super nice and quiet, close to subway and ferry. overall had a pleasant stay
