After the holidays wanted a quiet get away with a hot tub and comfy home with our family of 6. I specifically reached out to Evolve to confirm if the hot tub would be operational. They told me YES, so I booked it. Imagine our surprise when we put our suits on and went outside to an empty hot tub! I would have never booked this place had I been told the truth. When I reached out to complain, Evolve gave me what they called “fair” compensation. The homeowner lives on the property, and she was equally disappointed that Evolve lied to me. Only other negative was that this place was pretty dirty. The cleaning crew needs to be fired. Hundreds of bugs/dead flies in the windowsill and panes. Also tons of hair on the floor in the bathrooms, and the ceiling fans were dripping with dust you could clearly see. There were some positives, and would consider returning if things got tightened up. The overall space for movies/lounging were great, and the massage chair was awesome!

We had a great experience staying at the Boars Abode, sleeping 9 people comfortably. Plenty of space, clean environment, very well taken care of. Would stay again.
